This Privacy Policy explains how AI Agent Captain ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in the AI Agent Captain Uploader app, a private tool used to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel, AI Agent Captain (@AIAgentCaptain).

In short: the uploader app only accesses the YouTube channel of the account owner who signs in, only to upload videos and edit their titles, descriptions and related details. We do not sell, share or use this data for advertising.

1. Information we access

When the account owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the AI Agent Captain Uploader app uses the YouTube API Services to access:

The ability to upload videos to the signed-in user's YouTube channel.
The ability to view and edit metadata of that channel's videos, such as titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, privacy settings and scheduled publish times.

The app does not access your Google password, contacts, email, payment information or any YouTube channel other than the one belonging to the signed-in account.

2. How we use this information

Access is used solely to upload our own video content and to set or update its titles, descriptions and related details on our own channel. No other use is made of YouTube or Google user data.

3. Storage and security

The authorization token issued by Google is stored privately on the account owner's own device and is used only to perform the uploads and edits described above. Video files and upload logs remain on that device. We take reasonable measures to keep this information secure.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade or share YouTube or Google user data with any third party. Data is not used for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to managing our own channel.

5. YouTube API Services

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the app from uploading or editing videos. Locally stored tokens can also be deleted from the device at any time.

7. This website

This website is a static informational site. It does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. Links to YouTube and other sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

8. Children

This website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
